These might be Mini Corn Patties – but rest assured they’re very filling. We recommend 3-5 minis for your bowl depending on your desired bowl size & pricing.

Have fun with toppings to create additional flavours & textures. We used a peanut satay sauce along with black sesame & pumpkin seeds.

 Ingredients:

  • Your choice of Grain e.g Barley, Quinoa, Brown Rice, Couscous. 
  • Mini Corn Patties – 25g
  • Carrot
  • Avocado
  • Cucumber
  • Radish
  • Black Sesame Seeds
  • Pumpkin Seeds
  • Peanut Satay Sauce
