This brunch stack recipe has those popular ingredients customers will love! They hero the simplicity of our NEW Classic Corn Patties to create a delicious and convenient brunch option that’s easily adaptable to become Vegetarian or Vegan-friendly.

The ingredients below make one Brunch Stack.
- 1 Wild Chef NEW Classic Corn Pattie (100g)
- 1/2 Avocado, sliced
- 1/2 tomato, sliced
- 2 rashers of streaky bacon
- Poached egg
- Chilli flakes (to top)
- Relish (optional to serve)

Prepare your Wild Chef Classic Corn Patties following our recommended cooking guidelines on the packaging. Deep fry frozen Patties at 180°C in small batches for 3 minutes.
Meanwhile, slice your avocado and tomato. Cook your bacon rashers until crispy and place to the side, ready to stack.
Once the Classic Corn Patties are cooked, place avocado, tomato, bacon, followed by the poached egg on top.
Sprinkle chilli flakes on top (optional) and relish of your choice to serve.
