Founded in 2003 by husband-and-wife team, Jennifer and Jeremy Lang, Wild Chef is a business designed to support the New Zealand Food Service Industry by providing chef meal components.
Wild Chef keeps pace with the dynamic foodservice industry by offering innovative solutions and fresh ideas. Our fundamental principle of utilizing only nutritious ingredients, just like a professional chef, remains unchanged. Our objective is to support chefs in creating novel and enticing menu concepts.
Jeremy, a former chef with years of experience in the industry, recognized the challanges it posed. He noticed a void in the market for pre-made bases and sides with the same quality as those prepared in the kitchen.
Jennifer, on the other hand, with a succesful corporate background, contributed her meticulous attention to detail and expertise in establishing the necessary systems to transform Wild Chef into a top-performing enterprise.
