Can I visit your factory or ring you to order direct?
No, unfortunately we only sell through distributors nationwide and do not do direct sales. You can find your nearest distributor by clicking here.
Do you offer gluten free options?
Yes! All of our products are 100% gluten free and suitable for coeliacs. Browse our delicious gluten free options on our Product Page tab, or request a copy of our Product Brochure here.
Are your products suitable for vegetarian / vegans?
All of our products are vegetarian and Halal friendly. We’re also proud to offer a wide variety of vegan-friendly products, with our Potato Gratin 70g, Potato Gratin 150g and Parmesan Hash Cakes 80g the only exceptions.
Do you use any artificial colours, flavours or preservatives?
We pride ourselves on using real whole food ingredients, with minimal processing during production to ensure you can both see and taste great texture. Our products are made just like you would yourself with no additives or preservatives.
We usually make everything ourselves – do you have any customer experiences you can share?
Yes absolutely!
