Founded in 2003 by husband-and-wife team, Jennifer and Jeremy Lang, Wild Chef is a business designed to support the New Zealand Food Service Industry by providing chef meal components.
Jeremy was a chef-by-trade, after spending years working in this industry, he gained a deep understanding of the struggles that come with it. There was a clear gap in the market for ready-made chef quality bases & sides – that look & taste like they came straight from the kitchen.
Jennifer coming from a successful corporate background – brought with her an eye for detail & a solid understanding of the systems needed to get Wild Chef into the industry leading business that it is today.
Wild Chef is constantly evolving alongside the foodservice industry, we provide solutions and ideas whilst holding onto our ethos of only using wholesome ingredients just as a chef would do – to help Chefs create new and exciting menu ideas.
