Cooking Guidelines - Cook from frozen
All appliances vary. These are guidelines only. Cook thoroughly to >75°C in the centre.
Deep Fry (recommended cooking method)
Pre-heat oil to 180°C. Cook in small batches for 3 minutes.
Oven
Cook in preheated oven at 220° for 10 minute turning halfway.
Pan Fry
Pre-heat on a medium heat with a little oil. Cook for 5 minutes, turning halfway.
Air Fry
Pre-heat to 200°C. Cook for 8 minutes, turning regularly.
