Corn Patties (130g)

Wild Chef Corn Patties are a great flavoursome option to add to your cabinet or kitchen menu. Packed with sweetcorn, kumara, lemongrass, ginger and fresh coriander, our Asian inspired Patties pack a punch and are a delicious option for everyone to enjoy.

Cooking Guidelines (cook from frozen)

Note: Cooking guidelines serve as a guide only, as appliances may vary. Cook from frozen until desired colour & piping hot in the middle.

Oven: Pre-heat oven to 220°C. Place frozen Patties on a tray lined with baking paper. Brush/spray with a little oil. Bake for 8 minutes then turn and bake for a further 5 minutes. (Recommended cooking method)

Pan Fry: Pre-heat pan on a medium setting with a little oil. Then, carefully place frozen Patties into pan and fry for 7-8 minutes turning regularly.

 

Serving Suggestions:

  • Corn Bao Buns: Slice a Corn Pattie in half and fill a bay bun with the Pattie, Asian slaw, fresh coriander, sat sauce and sesame seeds. A quick, delicious and flavoursome option for your cabinet.
