Cooking Guidelines (cook from Frozen):
Note: Cooking times serve as a guide only, as appliances may vary.
- OVEN (recommended for best results): Preheat to 220°C. Bake sticks on greaseproof paper or a lightly oiled tray for about 6 minutes and then turn for a further 4 minutes.
- DEEP FRY: Place small batches at 180°C for about 3 minutes
Serving Suggestions
Sides for dipping: Great as a snack paired with either Tzaziki sauce, Hummus, minty Yoghurt or Tahini.
Platters: Serve Falafel Sticks on a platter with hummus, fresh tomato salsa, radish slices, toasted almonds, crumbled soft feta, flatbread and pita chips.
Pita Pocket: Stuff pita bread with fried eggplant, carrot salad, onions, cucumber and tahini.
Wraps: Easily rolled in wraps (Tortillas/Lebanese bread) with salad veggies and preferred sauces.
