Wild Chef Feta & Quinoa Patties re-define what gluten should be like... delicious! Our Feta & Quinoa Veggie Patties are made with a delicate blend of pumpkin, creamy feta, red quinoa and an array of herbs and spices. They are extremely flavoursome patties that can be partnered with fresh ingredients to create tasty Vegetarian Burgers, used a base for Veggie Stacks; or as a side included into main meals, lunches or breakfasts.

Cooking Guidelines (cook from frozen)
Note: Cooking guidelines serve as a guide only, as appliances may vary. Cook from frozen until desired colour & piping hot in the middle.
Oven: Pre-heat oven to 220°C. Place frozen Patties on a tray lined with baking paper. Brush/spray with a little oil. Bake for 6 minutes then turn and bake for a further 6 minutes.
Pan Fry: Pre-heat pan on a medium setting with a little oil. Then, carefully place frozen Patties into the pan and shallow fry for 7-8 minutes turning regularly.
Serving Suggestions
- Simple but effective Veggie Burger: Serve our Pattie with a simple salad mix of lettuce, mango, cucumber, coriander salsa and aioli.
- Breakfast Burger: Why not add slow roasted balsamic mushrooms, fried egg, lettuce, red onion, beetroot and relish with our Pattie for a stand-out Veggie option.
- Veggie Stack: Top our Patties with herbed crushed potato, creamy mushrooms, grilled tomato, halloumi, grilled eggplant and tomato pesto.
- Main-Meal: Add fennel and zucchini slaw to our Pattie for a quick and effective Vegetarian main-meal, or we suggest serving with crumbed free-range chicken as another versatile option.
