Cooking Guidelines:

COOK FROM FROZEN Note: Cooking times serve as a guide only, as appliances may vary.

  • OVEN: Line baking tray with baking paper or lightly grease. Place Rosti on tray and spray/brush with oil. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 190°C for about 9 minutes. Then turn and cook for a further 4 minutes or until hot in the middle.
  • PAN FRY: Fry with a little oil for about 7 minutes each side on a moderate heat.

 

Serving Suggestions:

Breakfast:

  • Topped with chilli beans, crumbled feta and poached eggs.
  • If you would like to create and easy gluten-free breakfast pair an Eggs benedict with wilted spinach on a Rosti.
  • For a Mexican style dish served with black bean salsa, mashed avocado and baked eggs.
  • Create an easy vegetarian brunch and serve with hummus, grilled halloumi, poached eggs and harissa
  • Served with grilled Zucchini ribbons, spiced tomato compote, grilled halloumi and topped with Greek yoghurt.

Lunch:

  • Grilled summer vegetable stack of capsicum, eggplant, courgettes and tomatoes topped with feta and basil pesto.
  • Topped with grilled portobello mushrooms, baby spinach, parmesan shavings and drizzled with garlic-infused olive oil.
