Wild Chef Mini Falafel Patties are made authentically with chickpeas, broad beans and herbs. Our Falafels are gluten free, dairy free and vegan-friendly, made with wholesome ingredients that you can taste and see. These ever-popular Falafels in our mini size are an excellent choice for a vegetarian and vegan menu option, easily adaptable for a range of menu creations.

Cooking Guidelines (cook from frozen)

Note: Cooking guidelines serve as a guide only, as appliances may vary. Cook from frozen until desired colour & piping hot in the middle.

Deep Fry: Pre-heat deep fryer at 180°C. Deep fry frozen Falafels in small batches for 3 minutes. (Recommended cooking method)

Pan Fry: Pre-heat pan on a medium setting with a little oil. Then, carefully place frozen Falafels into pan and shallow fry for 6 minutes turning regularly.

 

Serving Suggestions:

  • Falafel Pita Bowl: Line a bowl with a large pita and fill with our Mini Falafel Patties, roasted chickpeas, cabbage and hummus. These bowls are extremely versatile and you can switch out ingredients for ones you have on hand to make this an extremely versatile menu option.
