Mini Potato & Herb Rosti (25g)
Wild Chef Mini Potato & Herb Rosti is made with freshly grated premium Agria Potato & herb. Wild Chef Mini Potato & herb rosti look and taste like you have made them yourself. These Mini Potato & Fresh Herb Rosti are truly versatile as they are Gluten-Free, Dairy-free and Vegan. Use them either as a canapé base topped with your favourite toppings, a side for a hot breakfast or just on their own with a fabulous dipping sauce.

COOK FROM FROZEN Note: Cooking times serve as a guide only, as appliances may vary.
- OVEN BAKE: Line baking tray with baking paper or lightly grease. Place Rostis on tray and coat with oil. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 190°C for about 5 minutes then turn and continue to cook for a further 3 minutes.
- PAN FRY: Reheat with a little oil for about 2-3 minutes each side on a moderate heat.
- DEEP FRY: Deep fry at 180°C for about 3 minutes.
- Lay down several Rosti and Serve with hot smoked salmon & hollandaise sauce.
- Rosti are also great with a selection of dips: guacamole, roasted aubergine, ratatouille, etc.
- Swap out bread and Serve a few in a hot breakfast as either a side or base to an eggs benedict.
