Mini Potato & Herb Rosti (25g)

Wild Chef Mini Potato & Herb Rosti (25g) is made with freshly grated premium NZ Agria potato and fresh parsley. They are a popular option and extremely versatile used as a canapé base topped with your favourite toppings, as a side for a hot breakfast, or just on their own with a fabulous dipping sauce.

Cooking Guidelines (cook from frozen)

Note: Cooking guidelines serve as a guide only, as appliances may vary. Cook from frozen until desired colour & piping hot in the middle.

Oven: Pre-heat oven to 220°C. Place frozen Rostis on a tray lined with baking paper. Brush/spray with a little oil. Bake for 6 minutes then turn and bake for a further 6 minutes.

Deep Fry: Pre-heat deep fryer at 180°C. Deep fry frozen Rostis in small batches for 3 minutes. (Recommended cooking method)

Pan Fry: Pre-heat pan on a medium setting with a little oil. Then, carefully place frozen Rostis into pan and shallow fry for 7 minutes turning regularly.

Serving Suggestions:

  • Big Breakfast: Switch out Hash Browns and serve our Mini Herb Rosti as 'potato bites' in your classic big breakfast.
  • Potato and Herb Canapé: Top our Rosti with spinach, bacon, roasted cherry tomato, cranberry sauce and chopped chives.
  • Salmon and Potato Brunch: Serve our Rosti with salmon, roasted capsicum, halloumi and spinach for a light brunch.
