Our NEW Wild Chef Classic Corn Patties give you an alternative to traditional Corn Fritters. Made from sweetcorn, NZ Agria Potatoes, parsley, onion and garlic, they are a consistent, tasty and fresh option for any menu.

Cooking Guidelines (cook from frozen)

Note: Cooking guidelines serve as a guide only, as appliances may vary. Cook from frozen until desired colour & piping hot in the middle.

Oven: Pre-heat oven to 220°C. Place frozen Patties on a tray lined with baking paper. Brush/spray with a little oil. Bake for 8 minutes then turn and bake for a further 5 minutes.

Pan Fry: Pre-heat pan on a medium setting with a little oil. Then, carefully place frozen Patties into pan and fry for 5-6 minutes turning regularly.

Deep Fry: Pre-heat (deep fryer to 180°C. Deep fry frozen Patties in small batches for 3 minutes. (Recommended cooking method)

  • Salmon and Spinach Stack: Serve with cold smoked salmon, wilted spinach and creme fraiche, this flavour combination is quick and easy to serve.
  • Top Tier Bacon Stack: Stacked three of our Classic Corn Patties with bacon, avocado, tomato and creme fraiche to serve. You can tailor the amount of Patties based on your customers.
