Wild Chef Potato & Herb Rosti (80g) is made with freshly grated premium Agria Potato & herbs. This Potato & Herb Rosti (80g) looks and taste like you have made them yourself. Wild Chef Potato & Fresh Herb Rosti are truly versatile as they are Gluten-Free, Dairy-free and Vegan. Use these Rositi in replace of toast for a Gluten-Free alteration of an Eggs Benedict or stack them with roast vegetables for a simple Vegan Menu item.

Cooking Guidelines:

COOK FROM FROZEN Note: Cooking times serve as a guide only, as appliances may vary.

  • OVEN BAKE: Line baking tray with baking paper or lightly grease. Place Rosti on tray and coat with oil. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 190°C for about 9 minutes then turn and continue to cook for a further 4 minutes.
  • PAN FRY: Brush or spray Rosti with oil and cook for about 7 minutes each side on a medium heat.

Serving Suggestions

Breakfast:

- Traditional Big Breakfast – a fresh alternative to a Hash Brown with bacon, sausages, eggs, mushrooms & tomato.

- Top with poached eggs & sundried tomato tapenade.

- Create a vegetarian stack by layering Herb Rosti with mushroom, avocado, tomato and halloumi.

- Great Eggs Benedict base topped with poached eggs, bacon & hollandaise sauce or a vegetarian option with Portobello mushrooms and spinach.

Lunch:

- Delicious topped with scallops & pea puree.

- Serve topped with crème fraiche, gravlax, salmon caviar and a sprig of dill.

- Top with pan-fried fillet of Fish, caper tomato sauce and lime beurre blanc.

Dinner:

- Top with baked Lamb Rack on top of a rich lamb ragout, drizzled with quince sauce.
