Potato & Herb Rosti (80g)

Wild Chef Potato & Herb Rosti (80g) is made with freshly grated premium NZ Agria Potato and tasty herbs. As a gluten free, dairy free and vegan friendly product, our Rosti is a convenient size to serve as a breakfast option to replace toast.

Cooking Guidelines (cook from frozen)

Note: Cooking guidelines serve as a guide only, as appliances may vary. Cook from frozen until desired colour & piping hot in the middle.

Oven: Pre-heat oven to 220°C. Place frozen Rostis on a tray lined with baking paper. Brush/spray with a little oil. Bake for 8 minutes then turn and bake for a further 6 minutes.

Deep Fry: Pre-heat deep fryer at 180°C. Deep fry frozen Rostis in small batches for 5 minutes. (Recommended cooking method)

Pan Fry: Pre-heat pan on a medium setting with a little oil. Then, carefully place frozen Rostis into pan and shallow fry for 9-10 minutes turning regularly.

  • Main Meal Fish: Take advantage of our convenient base and stack with fresh pan fried fish. roasted vine tomatoes, capers and a butter sauce.
  • Creamy Mushrooms: For a Gluten and Dairy Free creamy mushroom meal, use our Rosti as the base for your creamy mushroom meal.
  • Avo Stack: We love smashed avo, tomato, mushroom and egg for an elevated breakfast stack.
