Wild Chef Potato & Herb Rosti (120g) is our largest rosti. It is made from freshly grated premium Agria potatoes and vibrant herbs. Its large size is perfect for any meal of the day and makes a great statement. This is rosti provides dietary versatility as it is gluten-free, dairy-free, and suitable for vegans.

COOK FROM FROZEN Note: Cooking times serve as a guide only, as appliances may vary.
- OVEN BAKE: Preheat to 220°C. Bake Rostis on a greaseproof paper or a lightly oiled tray for about 10 minutes and then turn for a further 6 minutes.
- PAN FRY: Cook on a medium heat with a little oil for about 7 minutes turning regularly.
- DEEP FRY: Place small batches at a time into fryer at 180°C for about 3 and a half minutes turning regularly.
- Crispy Potato & Herb Rosti served with succulent roasted pork belly topped with wilted spinach topped off with mascarpone.
- Served with smashed avocado, black bean salsa and poached egg drizzled with chilli oil.
- Topped with seared scallops, microgreens and a lemon and chive dressing.
- Scrambled eggs, bacon crisps on a Potato & Herb Rosti, mushroom, white truffle oil and toasted brioche
- Served with smoked bacon, cheddar buttermilk biscuits crumbs, avocado, charred corn, and smoked jalapeño lime hollandaise.
- Topped with poached eggs and served with watercress and a pesto hollandaise.
